Trillium to accumulate Termomeccanica Pompe

Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the facility, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.

When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will focus on developing the ecological and gasoline compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC function.
Trillium, a portfolio company of worldwide non-public equity investment agency First Reserve, is the previous Weir Flow Control business.
